Making frame
The raw metal frame ( Alu/steel) will be cut, curved then be welded together.
Powder coating
After frame be welded to have finish shape, and the welding points be polished. They will be put into oven for powder coating.
Making weaving
After the frame be powder coating, the workers will do weaving on it.
Do finishing
After weaving, workers will do finishing as fix at end of wicker, fix some weaving defects if has, fix plastic cap for legs of chair/table.
Do packing
After QC checked finished product, if all is OK, it will be packed.
